A surprisingly crispy and delicious snack: kale chips. We just made them for the very first time. Here’s what you need and how to prepare:
• 1-2 bunches of kale
• some olive oil
• sea salt
• Preheat the oven to 350F
• Wash and dry the kale leaves, using a spinner (they have to be super dry)
• Put a dash of olive oil in the palm of your hands, and distribute the oil by wrapping the individual leaves between your hands (this only takes a few minutes).
• Distribute kale leaves on a baking sheet and sprinkle with a pinch of salt.
• Put in the oven.
• After 10-12 minutes your kale chips are ready.
